Bhavana, a passed out student of GHCL Vocational Training Institute, Jafrabad. A CSR initiative of GHCL. She had successfully completed Nursing course with extensive class room and on-job-training, computer, communication, life skills and medical ethics and prepared herself via various mock interview sessions.

Bhavan was overwhelmed the way, the institute groomed her and took a pledge that going forward, she will establish herself without compromising on the ethics and values that she carries from the institute.
Today when our country is fighting with the outbreak out COVID 19, the institute received a call from Bhavana. We were glad to know that she is settled in Ahmedabad post her marriage and she is amongst the Corona warriors of our country and is serving at a Hospital in Ahmedabad, which is the second most affected state in our country.
Bhavana today is facing tremendous pressure from her family to leave her job as they are worried about her wellbeing, but she is determined to serve the people who are fighting with this deadly virus. She believes that she has enough courage to fight with the circumstances and in any case, she does not want to take her step back in this time of need.
She said: “I have not given it up, because I learned the lessons to serve honestly with compassion and sensitivity in the medical ethics and life skill classes at the institute. That constantly guides me to take a hard decision in a tough time”.
